INOROOFING

INOROOF is a special synthetic resin based water proof coating. It is ideal for vertical as well as horizontal surfaces because of its excellent flexibility. INOROOF is pollution free and has excellent solar insulation capacity due to its white color.

Instruction for use

The surface must be clean and free of any dust, dirt, oil, grease and loose particles. In case of metal surface, remove rust and contamination using a corrosion resistant for better protection. If the surface have already been treated with asphalt or bitumen coating any blisters, peel off traces, loose laying etc. must be cut away and be properly filled. In case of tiling the roof, terrace balcony or sunshade, the joints between the tiles should be properly filled to avoid water penetration through the joints. Application can be done by brush, roller or suitable spray. Apply a primer coat of INOROOF i.e. 25% to 30% diluted with water. After the primer coat completely dries, apply a maximum of two coats with undiluted material. It is important to ensure that each coat has fully cured (i.e. 8 hrs at 30 Degree Celsius) before the application of next coat. Each subsequent coat should be applied in the opposite direction to the previous coat. All brushes and tools should be cleaned with water immediately after use.

Coverage : Coverage depends upon the nature of surface applied, but on average smooth surface will give first coat 350 gm. /Meter Square. Two coats will give 1mm dry film thickness.

Storage : Should be stored in warehouse condition, keep away from moisture and humidity.

Shelf Life : 12 month from the date of manufacture in original packing, if stored properly.

Packing : 20 kg Plastic pail.
