INOCOAT 30-36 (Thermal Insulation Coating)

INOCOAT 30-36 Is a water based protective coating for thermal insulation application and excellent adhesion to canvas and other insulation materials. It is a white, fire resistive, tough, washable coating. It can use as a lagging and lap adhesive for canvas and glass lagging cloth. it has excellent brushing characteristics, whch will result in better coverage. INOCOAT 30-36 provides a protective finish for insulation on air conditioning ducts and cold water piping, when applied in two coats with reinforcing fabric embedded between coats.

Instruction for use

All surface to be applied must be free from dust, oil, grease or any loose particle. INOCOAT 30-36 Can be applied by brush or spray. Use clean paint brushes(suitable for water-base paints).Apply with full brush and spread out evenly. Apply minimum two coats with reinforcing fabric embedded between coats. When relative humidity excedes 75% for continuous periods, or where the insulated piping or equipment contains chilled water, brine or refrigerant, additional vapor barrier protection(INOCOAT VBC 30-80) is suggested.

Coverage : Approximately 1-1.7 m²/ltr per coat subject to the type of surface being coated.

Storage : Store in a cool place and keep away from all sources of heat and direct sunlight.

Shelf Life : 12 month from the date of manufacture in original packing, if stored properly.
